Vince Flynn, Rest in Peace

by Sandra Bennett
TCF

20 Jun

Vince Flynn, 47, husband, father, son, best selling author and patriot died Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN. In 2010, Mr. Flynn was diagnosed with cancer yet continued to write his best selling Mitch Rapp novels. There are fourteen  best sellers and, before publication, had to be reviewed by various national security agencies because they were so close to real life events.

He leaves his wife, Lysa, and their three children as well as other distraught family, friends, associates and readers.

Mr. Flynn, thank you so very much for your legacy and my sincere condolences to your family.

Blessings ~ Vince Flynn, his wife and family ~ fourteen best selling novels ~ a patriot ~

A great artist is lost for so many people. I'm so sorry for him and for his family. I admire him having written splendid textes also during his illness.

A fitting tribute to a true patriot. So saddened by the news and am praying for his wife and children.

This is terrible, and so Young. All that money that the CANCER Society
collects, for 100 years and we have not found a cure??? I won't give them another DIME, if you can't find a cure in 100 years, something is wrong. Like that RED CROSS thing???

Beautiful tribute. I feels sad in this world when such a tremendous loss happens and yest so much evil surrounds us. I wish I could talk to God and ask Him why?
My sister Mary needs prayer. She is going to have a pacemaker put in this week. She is a dear and I am so sad about this. Please pray all will be well.

What a tremendous loss for his family, friends, readers and literary world. My husband is a huge fan of his books and has read every one he wrote. Thank you for posting this tribute.

Sandra, I am SHOCKED! I followed this man and have read all his books, which I think are fabulous. So, we've lost James Gandolfini at age 51 and Vince Flynn, both so young. Yes, I am sad today. His legacy will live on for decades as there is a movie in the works, and I'm sure there will be more.
