between blessings and curses.
“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” ~ unknown ~
“You are the sum total of all your choices up to this point.” ~ Wayne Dyer ~
“For most of life, nothing wonderful happens. If you don’t enjoy getting up and working and finishing your work and sitting down to a meal with family or friends, then the chances are that you’re not going to be very happy. If someone bases his happiness or unhappiness on major events like a great new job, huge amounts of money, a flawlessly happy marriage or a trip to Paris, that person isn’t going to be happy much of the time. If, on the other hand, happiness depends on a good breakfast, flowers in the yard, a drink or a nap, then we are more likely to live with quite a bit of happiness.” ~ Andy Rooney ~

yes ma'am – we choose and choices have consequences – that stinky cause and effect thing still is in effect isn't it? well selected
praying for you my friend – trusting God's will and your good sense!

Just two or three of these had a major cumulative effect on me – similar maybe to what I can see as the sum total of my food choices when I look in the mirror! But the reality of it is encouraging, too, because I can start tipping the balance of choices the other way this very moment. It's just another way of thinking about how "God is not finished with me yet," but emphasizing our part of the work in progress. Thank you, Sandra!

I love that particular scripture on choices….it is our decision….cursing or blessing…lots of other great quotes and scriptures too.. Our choices to have consequences..how true! Have a great week. Blessings!

Deuteronomy set the scene for the other quotes. I liked them all . . . Andy Rooney and Frost, although heard many times before, still ring with truth.
