Although I've complained about my job for years, I know it's God's way of exposing me to people and I've begun to realize what a blessing it is to have little interactions with customers. Someone with a frowning face can be cajoled into a smile with a few friendly words. Small chances to change their outlook…and mine. Love these quotes!
