Anita, thank you; it makes the long hard work worthwhile, knowing people appreciate Sabbath Keeping posts.

Vic, thank you; I've been know to get out of bed to do them when my memory has forsaken me during the day.

    Donna, you're welcome.

Kathy, is that the George MacDonald story?

CG, yes, Sadie is a Ridgeback and the second who has owned us/me. She's a lovely, and loving, girl, much more so than the first who was all business when it came to protecting me. sigh. I wish Sadie had a bit of that grrrr in her.

    Grace, Sadie is a lovebug!

Constance, just now getting around to reading/responding and yes, this Sunday your names will be added to the prayer list.

Dori, these are good quotes, aren't they and I, too, like the Tolstoy quote.

Elizabeth, thank you for visiting Thistle Cove Farm and for your comment.

Pam, personality wise, Sadie and Sam are the sweetest dogs who've ever loved me. Not a mean bone in their bodies, unless one tries to take the other's treat -smile-. Sometimes I wish they both had a little grrrr in them when strangers come.

Lisa, I'd rather be content than happy.

Mildred, Sadie is a sweet, sweet girl. Thank you for your prayers; greatly appreciated!
