The mantra of my cats, and they purr me to calm & sleep when I forget this. Cats, a true blessing for me.For you too I suspect.
Amazing how a simple nap can help put perspective back into things and help me awaken with energy and the desire to accomplish many things I found daunting just hours before.
I have laid down read a little of my book and then taken a nap for the past 10 days…I could get used to this! I do my run first..that helps me more than anything…I have some amazing conversations with my dad while running…xoxoxo

Keeping calm . . . napping . . . both sound good.

It sounds like the Lord is blessing you with some deep and restorative rest. (LOVE!)
Just sending you some warm winter wishes tonight. ;~P
Always very timely advice, :)Sending you a hug from me.
Sleep is a lovely thing! And we all have that "ravell'd sleeve" at times.
That is an adorable picture. I hope you're doing okay and feeing at peace with all that is going on around you! Thinking of you often!
We can take a lot of advice from our cats. This one is particularly appropriate right now. Thank you for the reminder.
Sounds like a plan. Hang in there, dearie.

Sounds like a good mantra to me! Just yesterday, I was thinking why hasn't America ever embraced the siesta idea? I could really get behind that. :o)
Sounds like what I should have done rather than what I did tonight!
Loveyou Sandra!
Hugs,
Marydon
Amen – and if the nap follows a nice snack – all the better!!
