The mantra of my cats, and they purr me to calm & sleep when I forget this. Cats, a true blessing for me.For you too I suspect.

Amazing how a simple nap can help put perspective back into things and help me awaken with energy and the desire to accomplish many things I found daunting just hours before.

    Keeping calm . . . napping . . . both sound good.

    Fondly,

Sleep is a lovely thing! And we all have that "ravell'd sleeve" at times.

We can take a lot of advice from our cats. This one is particularly appropriate right now. Thank you for the reminder.

Sounds like a good mantra to me! Just yesterday, I was thinking why hasn't America ever embraced the siesta idea? I could really get behind that. :o)
